ABOUT ME

Who is this bloke?

Good question. I'm a 22 year old country kid from Gippsland in Victoria. I study a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) degree at RMIT University in Melbourne, where I'm currently in my third year.

I've always been passionate about media. My family fed me a diet of All The President's Men, The West Wing, The Insider, State of Play, and later The Newsroom, Page One, The Post, Frost/Nixon — I could go on.

But despite my family's efforts, I was still hungry. Since graduating high school, I have produced and hosted programs on a local community radio station, run a photography business specialising in events and nightclubs and written for several publications. You can see some of that content on other sections of this website. 

I love political and international news and I'm an avid Hawthorn FC and LA Clippers fan.

In my free time I'm probably working at one of my two retail jobs — a surf shop and a camping store — in my hometown of Warragul.
